Free Idea #4 – Voice Activated iPhone/iPad Application Builder

Posted: April 22nd, 2010 | No Comments

Do you ever feel like you’re just a monkey dragging around relationships and UI elements in Xcode? Yeah me too. Well it’s time for all that to end with the new Voice Activated iPhone/iPad Application Builder!!!1!

So let’s say you start up this app and say:

Build new Tab Based app named My Birthday Party

The app will then go through all the steps to build that app.

Now we want to add a date picker for the party so we say:

Add to ViewController Main element Date Picker

Position Bottom

Move up 25 pixels

Move down 5 pixels

Delegate Date Picker with Class My Date Picker

I hope you see by now where this is going. It could get tricky with the class coding but remember it’s 2010. We put a man on the moon like forever ago and I can stream Full House episodes to my cellphone ‘for the kids to watch.’

The present future is in our hands, but the distant future is in our voices.

On a related note, someone please build this…

Safari on iPhone: User Experience

It’s a sad thing when I’m about to do some web surfing on my iPod Touch and just expect it to be a miserable experience. Between flash pages not working, non scrolling divs and font-sizes all over the place it turns me off from even hitting that icon in the first place.
